Age-Well is Tara's routine for scalp and hair as they age. It is three products with three jobs, not one product doing everything.

The Revitalizing Shampoo cleanses the scalp and clarifies buildup. The Replenishing Conditioner conditions the fiber from mid-lengths to ends. The Scalp Support Serum is the daily scalp treatment step.

Each result is stated per step. Tara has run no finished-product trial on this routine. The pigmentation evidence belongs to the serum step alone.

Cleanse. Condition. Treat the Scalp.

About the product

Key Benefits
  • Three steps, three jobs: Cleanse the scalp, condition the fiber, then treat the scalp daily.
  • Scalp cleansing: Mild surfactants clarify buildup without stripping the scalp.
  • Fiber conditioning: Panthenol, olive oil and grape seed oil reduce friction and retain moisture.
  • Daily scalp treatment: The serum stays on the scalp after washing and is not rinsed.
  • Where the evidence sits: Pigmentation evidence belongs to the serum step alone, not to the shampoo or conditioner.
Key Ingredients
  • Sage Extract: Phenolic antioxidant that supports scalp comfort and helps regulate sebum.
  • Multivitamin Complex: Vitamins A, C and E, encapsulated in lipid vesicles for antioxidant support.
  • Capixyl™: A peptide complex of acetyl tetrapeptide-3 and red clover flower extract.

How To Use
  1. Shampoo: Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water. Dispense enough to lather through the scalp, more for longer or thicker hair. Work it into the scalp with circular motions. Rinse, and repeat if you want a second wash.
  2. Conditioner: Squeeze out excess water. Apply from mid-lengths to ends. Leave for 2–3 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
  3. Scalp Serum: Apply 1 dropper directly to the scalp on wet or dry hair. Distribute along part lines, the sides and the back. Massage with fingertips to aid absorption. Do not rinse; style as usual. Daily use recommended.
Scent and Texture
  • Three steps, three textures: The shampoo is a gel that lathers into a dense white foam. The conditioner is a thick white cream. The serum is a clear, water-light fluid.
  • What you feel in use: Foam at the scalp, slip through the lengths, then a fluid that dries down without film.
  • Two scents, not three: The shampoo and conditioner declare the same woody-musk materials. The serum adds citrus, floral and cedarwood over that base.

FAQs

How often should I use the Sage + Multivitamin Replenishing Conditioner?

Use it after every shampoo. Apply from mid-lengths to ends, leave it 2–3 minutes, then rinse with cool water.

How long until it shows results?

We publish no timeline, because Tara has not run a finished-product trial.

Use the three steps as directed and judge them on your own hair.

Any change in pigmentation is gradual, and the serum step carries that evidence.

See the Sage + Multivitamin Scalp Support Serum page for the study and its limits.

From what age is it recommended to use?

There is no age requirement.

People usually start when they notice early greys, finer hair or less shine.

It is a cosmetic routine, not a preventive treatment.

Does it help delay the appearance of greys?

Not as a routine.

Tara holds no finished-product evidence for delaying greys.

The shampoo and conditioner make no pigmentation claim at all.

The pigmentation ingredient sits in the serum step alone.

See the Sage + Multivitamin Scalp Support Serum page for the supplier study and its limits.

What is the Sage + Multivitamin routine for?

It is the Age-Well routine: three products with three jobs.

The shampoo cleanses the scalp, the conditioner conditions the fiber, and the serum treats the scalp daily.

Is it safe to use this treatment on chemically treated/colored hair?

Yes, on colored and chemically treated hair. That is a compatibility statement, not a color-protection claim. Tara publishes no claim about how long color lasts.
