Every Claim Ships a Receipt

We grade each active on its evidence and publish the grade. Funding is disclosed inline.

How We Grade

Tier A is independent human trial data. Tier B is human data with industry funding. Tier C is limited or indirect evidence. Tier D never ships in a claim. Where a study was manufacturer-funded, we state it next to the number.

What We Refuse to Say

Onion evidence covers alopecia areata, not pattern thinning. We do not blur the two. Niacinamide supports the skin barrier. Haslam 2018 shows it inhibits follicle growth. Ginger is a warming sensory note. 6-gingerol suppresses hair growth, per Miao 2013. Salicylic acid at 0.4% exfoliates. It is not an antifungal claim.
