Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Rates

Standard Shipping — $5.95 on orders under $60
Free Shipping — on orders of $60 or more

Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are picked and packed by our fulfilment partner, usually within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not updated after 3 business days, contact us.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak periods can extend delivery times beyond our estimates. Estimates are not guarantees.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.
