We hope you love your Tara purchase! If, however, you’re not fully satisfied, we have a 14-day return/exchange policy. Simply return the unused portion and we will gladly issue you a refund or exchange.
How to return or exchange your Tara product:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the name of the item you would like to return or exchange. If you don’t have your order number, please specify your name and address.
2. We will send you a confirmation email that contains an item return number.
3. Pack up your return in a well-padded envelope or box. Include your return number and contact information (name, email address and phone number) inside your shipment. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for overly used products.
4. Ship your package via UPS, FedEx or DHL to:

5. Once we receive your shipment, we will send you a confirmation by email and your return or exchange will be processed promptly.
Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Upon receipt of the remaining unused product, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the original credit card on file. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges. Please allow up to 45 days from your shipping date for your account to be credited.
Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
