Shipping and Returns

All Tara orders are shipped using Fedex International and can take up to 4 working days for countries within the GCC. We do deliver internationally, including the UK, mainland USA and most European countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, so please refer to their policies for further information.

Unopened Tara products can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 14 days after purchasing. Opened products, or products received after the return period won’t be eligible for repayment.

Exchanges are usually processed within 7-10 working days of receipt.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks or money orders.

To process a cancellation, please email hi@taraformula.com and a member of our team will be in touch.

Once the order is cancelled in our system, the refund will proceed with our finance team.
